Ideal Team composition for Salesforce Development:

  • Scrum Master (Usually a shared resource)
  • Salesforce Business Analyst
  • Salesforce Tech Architect
  • Developer (s) [UI or Backend]
  • Salesforce Devops (Usually a shared resource)

Scrum Master ensures timelines and daily reporting. Also brings, team together to ensure continuity. Business Analyst, Architect, Developer and Devops ensure product development.

Ideally, select an experienced scrum master for Salesforce Devops and ProdOps.
